If you have purchased a subscription or digital product and have not accessed or consumed any part of it, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction.

Accounts created by individuals under the age of 16 are in violation of our Terms of Service.
If it is found that a subscription was purchased by or for a user under the legal age:
A refund may be issued upon verification, and
The account will be subject to suspension or termination.
